Private, Duet or Group Equipment Classes

Each session is either a private, duet or group class and lasts 50 minutes. The sessions are done using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Private sessions are done one on one with an instructor. Duets have two people with one instructor and the groups have three or four people with one instructor. Five private sessions are required for all potential members of a duet or group class unless two or three new people are starting at once.

We schedule appointments as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. To schedule a session, please call (704) 442-8600 or contact us at

Single Class Rates: Cost per class.   Private Duet Group Single Session $65.00 $45.00 per person $30.00 per person

Mixed Package Rates: Any combination of Private, Duet, or Group classes. Debit $300 Privates at $60.00 Duets at $40.00 Groups at $30.00 Debit $600

Instructor Trainer Rates
$75.00 with any Instructor Trainer. Discounts apply on packages. Ask for details.

Mat Classes

We are now offering mat classes for a duration of 6 week sessions. Sign up for our current session from 4/14-5/23 or let us know if you would like to be added to our next session.

4/14 - 5/23 Mon-8am Tue-12pm Wed-9am Wed-6pm Thu-11:30am Fri-11:30am $20 per class as a drop in $90 for 1 class per week $180 for 2 classes per week
