Class Schedule

Initial Session [1 hour] includes

  • Static Postural Analysis*
  • Video movement analysis (run or walk)*
  • Introduction to Basic Principles of Stability.
  • 45 minute basic workout

*If desired by client

Following sessions:

After the client’s first session, a specific exercise program will be written for them for the following sessions. This program will be monitored and changed as the client progresses. At any point in time you may ask for a static analysis or movement analysis to compare progress.

Group class option:

When the instructor believes the client is ready, a group class option will be available. Usually this takes about 5 private sessions, however this could be more or less depending on progress made during private sessions.
