We offer Pilates Equipment Sessions, GYROTONIC® Sessions, and ABsolute Core Barre™ Classes. Specific descriptions of each are in the links below. We offer $300 or $600 Debit Packages, which allow you to take any mix of these classes or sessions to be deducted from your debit package at a discounted rate.

- All packages are non-refundable and expire after six months
- All classes must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid being charged.
