New York City Ballet Workout
An exercise program combining elements of ballet training and athletic conditioning. Exercises and movements are done to classical music. The NYCB Workout is designed to accommodate all fitness levels and encourage even those with little or no dance experience to discover the benefits of a ballet-based workout.
Current Session
- Every Saturday beginning January 30th through March 6th. 8am-9am.
Class size is limited, so please call or email us to reserve a spot.
Cost: $20 drop in rate or buy a class card of 6 for $108 ($18 per class)
