Private or Shared Pilates Equipment Classes

Each class is either a private or shared equipment class and lasts 50 minutes. The classes are done using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder and Arc Barrel. Private classes are done one on one with an instructor. Shared equipment classes have 2 to 4 people with one instructor. Five private classes are required for all potential members of a shared equipment class unless two or three new people are starting at once.

We schedule appointments as early as 6:30 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.
